Education Qualification 
Sr. Sub Editor (Class – 3) 
Minimum two years post-graduate degree or Masters Degree in Journalism and mass Communication / Mass Communication and journalism / Development Communication / Communication studies / Journalism / Mass Communication obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational Institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Government; OR
A bachlor’s degree in journalism and Mass Communication/ Communication and journalism and public relation/ journalism as a principal subject obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational Institution recognised as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Government; OR
A post gradute diploma in journalism and Mass Communication / journalism / Mass communication obtained from any of the Universities established or incorporated by or under the Central or State Act in India; or any other educational Institution recognised as such by the Government or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government;

Information Assistant (Class – 3) 
possess a Master’s degree in Journalism and Mass Communication / Mass Communication and Journalism / Development Communication / Communication Studies / Journalism / Mass Communication obtained from any of the Universities or institutions established or incorporated by or under the Central or a State Act in India; or any other educational institution recognized as such or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, 1956; or possess an equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Government.
