Prime Minister's Awas Yojna (Rural) (PMAY)|Pradhan mantri Avas yojna Gramin @ https://ruraldev.gujarat.gov.in:: On 20th and 11th of 2016 the project was unveiled at Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Agra.
Accommodation assistance in PMAY (G)
Rs. 120000 / - for the new accommodation in the plain area.
Rs.130000 / - for the new accommodation in the mountainous area.
Loan up to Rs.70000 / - for the beneficiaries under the scheme
Under the Clean India Mission (Rural), convergence for toilet construction amount is Rs. 12000 / -
For the construction of housing under Mahatma Gandhi NREGA scheme, 90 days of laborers will be given Rs. 7280 / -
Total Assistance to the beneficiary Rs. 149280 / -

Financial allocation:

According to the 60:40 ratio between the fund allocation center and the state government
Allocation of 4% administrative expenditure against the allocated funds to districts (3.5% for district and 0.5% for the state)

The purpose of the plan:

As per the survey of the SECC, the citizens who do not have their own accommodation are those who can not have their own accommodation, providing accommodation from Prime Minister's Awas Yojana (Rural) with respect to Hon'ble Prime Minister.

How to Check Your Name in PMAY List

PMAY scheme is for both urban and rural areas of India. Even the department concerned releases 2 different Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Lists, one for the urban population and another for the rural population. Follow the below-mentioned steps to check if your name appears on the PMAY list 2020-2021 or not:
  • Check PMAY Urban List
  • Visit the PMAY official website (https://pmaymis.gov.in/)
  • Select “Search by Name” option from the “Search Beneficiary” drop-down menu.
  • Enter the first 3 characters of your name and click on the “Show” button.
  • Soon the results will appear on the screen. Check the list to find your name and other details.

PMAY Gramin List or PMAY Rural List:

Check PMAY Gramin List with registration number
If you applied for PMAY-Gramin (Rural) scheme previously known as IAY(iay.nic.in), you would receive a registration number if the application is accepted. To search for your name using the PMAY-Gramin registration number, follow these steps:
  • Visit the PMAY-Gramin official website (https://rhreporting.nic.in/netiay/Benificiary.aspx).
  • Enter the registration number.
  • If your registration number is present on the list, you can check the related details.
  • Check Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna Gramin List without registration number
  • Visit the PMAY-Gramin official website (https://rhreporting.nic.in/netiay/Benificiary.aspx).
  • Instead of entering the registration number, click on “Advanced Search” button.
  • Enter the details as required in the form and click on the “Search” button.
  • If your name is present on the list, you can check the details.

Track Your Application Status

Workflow


Step-1
The Gram Sabha will choose you as a beneficiary

Step-2
You will get the application form Taluka from the village servant

Step-3
Your application form will be sent to the taluka development officer by the village servant

Step-4
The taluka development officer will give your application the letter of approval

Step-5
The first installment of Housing Assistance will be deposited directly from the PFMS to the beneficiary's bank / post office.

Step-6
The remaining two installments will be deposited directly at the beneficiary's bank / post office department at different stages of construction progress.
