General Provisions:(1) Type of transfer:

Transfers of Aras-Pars
(1) The employment of both the primary teachers involved in the Aras-Paras district transfer should have been five years on the date of application.
(3) For the transfer of Aras-Paras, the concerned District / Town Education Committee has to apply for the transfer of Aras-Paras by 31st March. Must have completed five years while applying on 31st March.

Chapter - (six) Administrative Changes:
(9) In the case of a complaint relating to irregular attendance of a school teacher, poor academic performance, financial malpractice, conduct of political activities, teacher's conduct or character, the District Primary Education Officer may, if he is satisfied with the fact in the complaint, change the interest of the administration. But in each such case the competent authority shall complete the disciplinary action as soon as possible.
(Ii) Administrative change to solve disciplinary issues.
